Target: Phishing Sites

Last night i recieved an email pretending to be from paypal, while this isn't unusual to recieve such emails, I finally got FED UP.

Five minutes in the nearest programming language yielded a phishing spammer application. Give it an address, the 2 fields, username and password, and it generates some nice fake emails, with fake passwords. Left it running over night.

When i woke up this morning the site was still running and i'd spammed it with 58000 accounts, That was around 8am. I got back from lunch at work and decided i'd check on it again. 403 Denied, on all pages.

So i get home at 4:15, it's at 112000 spamed and counting. I didn't do any checking or anything it was literally a 5 line program.

Double check, and yep everything has been closed.

web address for anyone that cares was http://paypal.masters12.com
www.masters12.com also worked, redirected to the first link.

So i think it was a good thing to finaly be fed up, usually you get annoyed and nothing happens, they keep duping neive people out of their money. So it's time we faught back. I'm not talking about DDOS'n the sites, that's just mean to the companies that host them. My program filled their database full of crap, which will cause them hours of grief to filter out. While it doesn't help the people who did enter their details, it does stop the next ones from being stung.

I'll post later on with the email content, and the code to the spammer if anyone wants it. It's written in VB cause that was the only thing i had right then.

But basically it was every half second, send crap. Repeat

Just so glad that one more site is down, they'll post it again some time, some where, but it's one down!!
